8-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR ONLINE CLASS – U.S.

Welcome to the NORM SOLUTIONS LLC 8-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR online training course! This course is sufficient for on-site confirmatory surveys, release for unrestricted use, and NORM/TENORM decontamination purposes in lieu of NORM/TENORM Worker training. This is the online version of the same course that is approved by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, and is recognized throughout the United States.

You must physically have a survey instrument in your possession in order to complete the survey practical. If you need to rent a survey instrument, please e-mail info@normsolutions.com.

This course is also offered in-person, and via live streaming, in which the price of the course includes the reference guide. Online and pre-recorded classes do not include the reference guide. If you choose to purchase a reference guide to use in conjunction with this course, or to have in your possession out in the field, also email us. Reference guides are only sold to individuals that have purchased the course. 

If you are a NORM/TENORM worker who will perform decontamination, you can take the NORM/TENORM worker course or the 8-hour NORM/TENORM Surveyor course. The online course is designed to be taken by individuals. Once the attendee is registered for the course, and payment is received, then the individual can complete the course. Proof of training certificates are issued when the final quiz is completed. The entire course must be completed within 30 days of registration and payment.

Groups can also participate in the course. Please email info@normsolutions.com to initiate the singular group course. The group can work through the course collectively. A group roster is required for the issuance of the proof of training certificates. Select the number of attendees in the group for payment and they can work through the course together. Once certificates are ready to be issued, certificates for all members of the group will be emailed to the contact’s email as pdf files. The online NORM/TENORM course is recognized as acceptable specialized training by the Texas Department of State Health Services, 25 TAC §289, and the Railroad Commission, 16 TAC §4.6 and other state agencies as well.
