4-HOUR NORM/TENORM AWARENESS TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 7 attendees/Maximum of 50 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSNORM/TENORM Awareness training is typically provided to oil and gas operator employees and other workers who need to understand the risks of working around NORM/TENORM, but will not perform surveys or decontamination activities. This basic level of NORM/TENORM training is designed to inform the employee where they can recognize the hazard.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will receive a certificate of completion. 8-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR TRAINING

8-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 5 attendees/Maximum of 20 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSIn order to perform NORM/TENORM surveys and screen equipment/waste for NORM/TENORM contamination, an individual should/must be trained as a NORM/TENORM Surveyor, depending on state regulations. This is a full day training class, offered either as an open-enrollment course available to everyone, or provided at a client’s office as site-specific training. Site-specific closed classes are typically provided at a client’s facility in a meeting room that is equipped with a dry-erase board and a laptop projector. Each student will have the opportunity to use a NORM/TENORM meter.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will be trained as NORM/TENORM Surveyors. 16-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR TRAINING

16-HOUR NORM/TENORM SURVEYOR TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 5 attendees/Maximum of 20 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSIn order to perform surveys and screen equipment/waste for NORM/TENORM contamination, an individual should/must be trained as a NORM/TENORM Surveyor, depending on state regulations. When performing surveys within the state of Arkansas, 16-hour NORM/TENORM Surveyor training is required by the Arkansas Department of Health. This is a two-day training class, offered either as an open-enrollment course available to everyone, or provided at a client’s office as site-specific training. Site-specific closed classes are typically provided at a client’s facility in a meeting room that is equipped with a dry-erase board and a laptop projector. Each student will have the opportunity to use a NORM/TENORM meter.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will be trained as NORM Surveyors. 40-HOUR NORM/TENORM RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER TRAINING

40-HOUR NORM/TENORM RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 4 attendees/Maximum of 20 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSNORM/TENORM RSO training is designed to provide an in-depth, thorough examination into regulations and requirements for the states that the attendees operate within. The individuals who participate in this level of training are typically supervisors or managers of either specific licensed companies, or provide technical expertise for their general licensed employers. Specifically licensed companies are required to have extensive radiation safety training that is specific to Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material to provide NORM/TENORM decontamination services. This course does not cover sealed sources, gauges, or other radioactive materials not pertaining to NORM/TENORM.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will be trained as Radiation Safety Officers. 24-HOUR NORM/TENORM RSO FOR OPERATORS (NON-DECON)

24-HOUR NORM/TENORM RSO FOR OPERATORS (NON-DECON)Class size: Minimum of 4 attendees/Maximum of 20 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSThe 24-HOUR NORM/TENORM RSO TRAINING FOR OPERATORS (NON-DECON) course is designed to provide an in-depth, thorough examination into regulations and requirements for the states that the attendees operate within. The course is a three (3) day course, and is designed to provide operators/producers and general contractors with necessary information on the requirements for decontamination service companies, regulatory requirements, and best management practices. The individuals who participate in this level of training are typically supervisors or managers of operators, producers, facilities and other energy companies, as well as general contractors. The course is also recommended for those individuals who may be tasked with the NORM/TENORM Radiation Protection Plan and policy within their company, such as safety and environmental personnel. The course provides the necessary knowledge and practical abilities required to implement and monitor a Radiation Protection Program and to provide on-site control and supervision during work activities involving NORM/TENORM. Additionally, NORM/TENORM Waste Management Programs, Respiratory Protection and Regulatory Compliance issues are discussed in detail.THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR NON-DECONTAMINATION PERSONNEL, AND DOES NOT MEET THE STATE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING A NORM/TENORM DECONTAMINATION LICENSE. Specifically licensed companies are required to have 40-hour RSO training that is extensive and specific to Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material to provide NORM/TENORM decontamination services. At this time, the 24-HOUR RSO FOR OPERATORS is only provided as closed-classes for one (1) company’s workforce. This format enables the course to follow company policies and other company specific requirements. The 24-HOUR RSO FOR OPERATORS does not include the Transportation of NORM/TENORM portion of the traditional 40-HOUR RSO course.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will be trained as Radiation Safety Officers (NON-DECON). TRANSPORTATION OF NORM/TENORM DOT TRAINING

TRANSPORTATION OF NORM/TENORM DOT TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 5 attendees/Maximum of 20 attendeesCOURSE DESCRIPTION AND COVERED SUBJECTSThe Transportation of NORM/TENORM training course meets the training requirements contained in 49 CFR 172.700 through 49 CFR 172.704 as they pertain to radiation hazards associated with the transportation of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material.IF an individual is involved IN ANY capacity with the shipping process of NORM contaminated loads (equipment or waste) that are shipped as HAZMAT Class 7 Radioactive Material, EVEN IF ONLY SIGNING THE MANIFEST AS THE WASTE GENERATOR, then Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that individual have HAZMAT training that is specific to shipping radioactive material. Radioactive material HAZMAT courses are typically taught separately from NORM Surveyor courses, therefore an additional charge will apply if this training is necessary.Students, who successfully pass the exam, will be trained. 6-HOUR CPR/AED/FIRST AID/BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS TRAINING

8-HOUR CPR/AED/FIRST AID/BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS TRAININGClass size: Minimum of 5 attendees/Maximum of 24 attendeesCFR Reference – 1910.151, CFR Reference – 1910.1030The Medic First Aid® – Basic Plus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Adults course is intended for individuals who are occupationally required or desire to have first aid knowledge and skills, such as emergency response teams in business and industry, school bus drivers, adult residential care personnel, child care workers, teachers, parents and babysitters. The Certification Period may not exceed 24 months from class completion. More frequent reinforcement of skills is recommended. It is recommended for designated responders with a duty or employer expectation to respond in an emergency and provide first aid care.The bloodborne pathogens training program will provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The goal of the course is to help students understand the risks and develop behaviors that will help protect them when they are exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials.Students, who successfully pass the exam and skills test, will receive Medic First Aid® – Basic Plus CPR, AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens cards. Successful completion requires a correct score of 70% or better. This course includes, but is not limited to, the following subjects:Removal of contaminated glovesExternal chest compressionsRescue breaths using a CPR mask or shieldPrimary assessment for an unresponsive personCPR as a single providerPrimary assessment for a responsive personControl of severe bleedingStabilization of a suspected head, neck, or back injuryStabilization of a swollen, painful, deformed limb
